Our Program

Fresh Start is a non-profit organization licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (MSDS). Our program is available to adults 18 years of age and older who have been diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), or other neurological disorders, such as Multiple Sclerosis.

Fresh Start specializes in ‘individualized programming.’ We create a schedule specific to each participant. This includes providing a choice of activities throughout each day and opportunities specific to individual goals. Individual participant attendance schedules are arranged around medical and/or therapy appointments, employment, etc. As a participant driven program we encourage our participants to provide suggestions for activities, assist in planning, and leading groups.

Program hours are Monday through Friday 9am-3pm. Business hours are 8am-4:30pm.

*Transportation options are also available. Please contact Becky at becky@freshstartmn.org.
