The focus of Fresh Start is on the socialization, rehabilitation and reintegration into the community for individuals with brain injuries.
Our program offers many activities that help participants in the areas of time management, physical fitness, life and money management, social and communications, employment, community exploration, journaling and cultural events. Additional routine activities include art, pet, and music therapy.
By creating an environment related to work, self care, and leisure enhancement, it is our hope to bring further balance into the lives of the individuals that are a part of our program.
Our staff is trained in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration. They are also given ongoing training in Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Life Skills Development.
